TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wankr Bankers provides sports betting research, statistical analysis and selections for football and American horse racing (JOBBAS), for informational purposes only. We do not accept bets, place bets on your behalf, hold customer gambling funds or act as a bookmaker. Membership is for individuals aged 18 or over.

Membership is billed monthly at £9.99 through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or the /cancel command in Discord. Cancellation takes effect immediately: VIP access and Discord membership end at once and no refund is issued for the remainder of the paid period, except where required by law or under our profit-or-money-back promise.

We do not guarantee profits or specific results. All bets you place are your own decision and your own responsibility. Abusive behaviour or sharing content outside the community may result in removal without refund.

Our profit-or-money-back promise is defined in full in the Refund Policy at /profit-or-money-back, and those qualifying conditions form part of these terms. Published results are never altered after publication except to correct a genuine data error, which is logged.
